The Wallace County Fairgrounds hosts the County Fair annually on the last weekend in July. Highlight of the weekend are the home-owned carnival, a free BBQ, Wallace County roping, 5k run Turtle Race, and parade.
Wallace County Cruisers Car and Bike Show
The Wallace County Cruisers Car Show is held annually in Sharon Springs the first weekend in May. Besides the show, activities include a Poker Run, Car Smash, Free Movie, Raffle Drawing, Vendors and more! A Town-Wide Garage Sale means that treasure hunters will also be out in droves!
Fort Wallace Rodeo

The Fort Wallace Rodeo is held annually over Memorial Day weekend each May. Cowboys and Cowgirls from six states compete for top prize monies for fast times and high scores. Traditionally, the Fort Wallace Rodeo is one of the best amateur rodeos in the state of Kansas, in a wide open atmosphere. The first Fort Wallace Memorial Association held its first Rodeo in 1954; this makes it the longest continually-running rodeo in Kansas.
Last Chance Christmas Craft Fair
The Last Chance Christmas Craft Fair is held annually in November in Sharon Springs. Many different craft items displayed. A great chance to start or finish your Christmas Shopping. Don’t forget while in town have your kids visit Santa at his workshop for Childrens Shopping Day.
Weskan Days are held annually the third weekend in July. Highlight of the weekend include a softball tournament, a brisket cooking contest, a 5k & kids run, an outdoor movie, a flea market & quilt show, a community bbq, a live band and fireworks!
